My biggest qualm was where would I classify this book: someone looking to certify? (CCVP, etc.), someone looking to learn, someone in the industry? There are a lot of benefits for anyone dealing with VoIP in any capacity. Someone with a reasonably analytic outlook could pick up this book and gain a fair amount of insight. Engine noise, wiper effectiveness, Speedster top flapping -- all challenges taken up by Porsche.The book's biggest flaw is its organization. I was especially interested in the section of Dali's works and Schiaparelli's designs, showing how the two influenced one another.
